MindLobby is a thesis project developed by Arellano University students — an AI-powered collaborative study platform designed to help students generate flashcards, notes, and quizzes from their study materials and compete in real-time multiplayer quiz sessions. These terms govern your use of the platform and all related services.

MindLobby is intended for use by students and individuals seeking to enhance their study experience through AI-powered tools and collaborative learning. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MindLobby. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required in your jurisdiction.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You retain ownership of any content you upload to MindLobby, including documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPTX, TXT) and YouTube video links submitted for processing. By uploading, you grant MindLobby a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

AI-generated content (flashcards, study notes, quiz questions) is derived from your uploaded materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified against your original study materials.

Your use of MindLobby is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We collect account information, uploaded documents, quiz scores, and user preferences — only what is necessary to provide and improve our services.

When using MindLobby, you agree not to:

• Share misinformation or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload copyrighted materials you do not have permission to use
• Abuse the AI generation system with excessive automated requests
• Disrupt multiplayer sessions or abuse host privileges
• Use the platform for any commercial or promotional purpose without consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

MindLobby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a thesis project, the platform is under active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

AI-generated flashcards, notes, and quiz questions are provided as study aids and may contain inaccuracies. Users should always verify AI-generated content against their original study materials.

The developers and Arellano University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
